Visitor restrictions and plague questionnaires: accounts from Irkutsk hospitals
According to People of Baikal’s 7 October account, restrictions continued despite statements about normal operations. A regional hospital patient described barred visits, deliveries collected at security and restrictions on leaving; new admissions continued.

A dispensary patient reported limited time outside and a visitor-and-mask notice. A medical student supplied a screenshot about relocated classes at City Hospital No. 1. The interviewees were not independently authenticated.
The newsroom said Ulyana Gavryunina supplied full questionnaire photographs. One concerns suspected plague, labelled OOI (Russian abbreviation for a particularly dangerous infection); the other concerns epidemiological status. Both bear 5 October dates.
The newsroom attributes the notice to the psychoneurological dispensary and the forms to the city perinatal centre. Photography location, date and document authenticity were not independently established; the publisher’s redactions remain intact.
The images add to the disputed-document record. They are questionnaires rather than laboratory findings and do not establish Darya Shipilova’s cause of death.
Telegram metadata dates publication to 7 October, 13:20:45 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), or 21:20:45 in Irkutsk. Photography time unestablished; materials added to the research on 8 October.
