Regional authorities reject circulating purported plague quarantine decree

IRK.ru reports that Irkutsk’s regional government rejected a document circulated in its name, purportedly ordering plague quarantine, compulsory examinations and PCR (polymerase chain reaction) testing.

The denial concerns that document; it does not establish Darya Shipilova’s cause of death. The newsroom cites the government; a separate signed response was not verified.
